A major challenge was integrating the large amount of archival material into the narrative. The combination of historical footage and modern perspectives required careful selection and editing to make the development of Hamburg and HafenCity visually tangible. It was crucial to find the right balance between past and present in order to clearly and engagingly showcase the city’s transformation.
